What’s coming on March 27, 2023?

HISA will begin the enforcement of its regulations using no-race flags starting March 27, 2023. Everyone who is covered by HISA’s rules must comply, or risk not being able to race.

In order to race, you must:

• Register yourself and all your horses in the HISA portal.
• Pay any overdue fines.
• Input all current baseline concussion and physical dates into the HISA portal (Jockeys only).
