Below are proposed revisions to the Rule 2200 Series of the Racetrack Safety Program in a red- lined format. If you would like to submit feedback or propose changes, please email feedback@hisaus.org no later than 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, August 11, 2023.

Any proposed rules changes will ultimately require Federal Trade Commission (FTC) review and approval before being implemented. Until this time, the current version of the Racetrack Safety rules, implemented July 1, 2022, remain in full effect.
