The Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority is seeking informal public comment on proposed modifications to the Assessment Methodology Rule (Rule 8500 Series). A draft revised Assessment Methodology Rule in pdf redline compare format is available here. The redline compares the new version to the version submitted to and approved by the FTC on January 9, 2023. We are seeking input on the proposed modifications.
