<p>The Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority is seeking informal public comment on proposed modifications to the Assessment Methodology Rule (Rule 8500 Series). A draft revised Assessment Methodology Rule in pdf redline compare format is available <a href="https://bphisaweb.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/Redline-Proposed-Modifications-to-Assessment-Methodology-Rule-9.18.2024_V3.pdf">here</a>. The redline compares the new version to the version submitted to and approved by the FTC on January 9, 2023. We are seeking input on the proposed modifications.
