February 26, 2024 (Lexington, KY) – The Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority (HISA) today released a report detailing the findings of its review of the circumstances surrounding the 14 training- and racing-related fatalities that took place during the 2023 Saratoga Race Course Meet.
