On July 8, 2024, the Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority (HISA) hosted a virtual webinar as part of its Town Hall series to discuss updates to the Racetrack Safety Rules that had recently been approved by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and became effective that day.
