An independent director from Kentucky who was elected to serve as vice-chair at the Board of Directors’ inaugural meeting. He served two terms as the 61st Governor of Kentucky. An attorney by trade, Beshear has an extensive background in public service in Kentucky, including terms as Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General and a member of the Kentucky House of Representatives.
