Wycoff is a Thoroughbred racehorse owner and the proprietor of Three Diamonds Farm, along with his wife, Debra, and their family. The stable name represents Wycoff’s three children. His son, Jordan, is the stable’s managing partner. Wycoff is managing partner of the Philadelphia-based private equity firm Patriot Financial Partners, which has invested in 48 banks over the last dozen years. He has more than 25 years’ experience in entrepreneurial banking and previously led Continental Bank and Progress Financial Corp., among other financial ventures. Wycoff earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The Wycoffs have been involved in racing since the mid-2000s, initially at Mid-Atlantic tracks. They purchased Three Diamond Farm in Lexington, Kentucky, in 2021 and compete at the highest levels of the game.
